Diet is it just a word? Or something which is benefical and important for us.

It is said that sometimes when we are frustrated, tensed, stressed we have a habbit of eating unhealthy food or consume alcohol to relieve our stress which leads to many disease the reason for this is most of the food passes away undigested along with the food and also alcohol impacts our immunity system which can damage our internal parts.This all disease are caused due to irregularity of meals, overeating and unwholesome food.To balance our digestive system and to keep our selves healthy it is important to have a light food which is easily digestable and can fuel our body.
One of the personal fitness trainer 'Rushabh Dixit' says 1 Burger has calories as compared to 9 apples we cannot eat 9 apples at a time so it is said to have a proper balanced diet to stay fit and healthy.

7) Milk as it helps to make our bones strong and healthy

How can one create positive thoughts?

It's a time to ask a questions to ourselves, that am I really happy? Or am I giving my mind a balanced thoughts. Basically the answer will be "NO". Looking at the current situation going around, which has impacted negativity. There is panic, anxiety, fear everywhere all over the world one may be facing right now.




It is said that we always have 2 options. So let's go with the option that can balance our mind
- Thinking positively and  accepting the current situation .
- Practising meditation and chanting 'AUM' which creates a positive vibrations which can make our mind free from all sort of disturbing thoughts.
- By using a mantra repeatedly one can achieve  Peace, Joy, Bliss and can overcome the thoughts which are disturbing and have created negativity.

How can one stop mind from distraction?

When we realize that our mind is disturbed, we find it difficult to concentrate on in our daily activities. Even simplest work becomes difficult. We lose our self-control and get engrossed in with the problems.

The best answer for this could be Yoga and Meditation. The essence of the entire yoga system is achieving one pointedness. Meditation is the key factor to overcome this problem.



Firstly, try to concentrate on any gross object as a means to control the mind this could be anything like breathing or concentrating on a beautiful scenery etc which creates the positive feeling. It's a one stop towards calming mind and to achieve greater concentration.



The best object of concentration is of course concentrating on God, as he poses all the quality which help to make a mind quiet, calm and steady.
