Finding One Self from 'Nahi hoga to Yoga'

Yoga is not just a word it has a deep meaning which says union of mind and body(oneself).

Some years ago, as I was facing with lot of psychological problems like anxiety, fear, stress, panic attacks due to this situation was getting out of my control day by day. It was becoming more and more difficult for me  to handle any situation which made me emotionally and physically weak and as days passed by I started becoming pale.

I was lost somewhere in my own world. I felt myself helpless. Somewhere I felt that no one will understand my feelings as I had trust issues. I never spoke to anyone about the amount of pain and trauma I was dealing with. But my friends and n (thanks to them) who always looked at me and figured out that I was going through some difficult times. After days passed by they started asking me the reason for being so lost and then they interacted with me. As I could hardly speak up my problems, knowing that they will help me without judging and trusting me they guided and consoled me.

My friends who were and still are into yoga anadviced me to practice yoga on regular basis. Than One day I planned to join yoga classes nearby. Thanks to my family who supported me to do yoga. At first I found it very tiring and boring but after joining the class and being regular some months later I really felt myself transforming into a better direction.
I could see the changes in me. The journey of weaker me to stronger me. The mind once, which was disturbed and confused with loads of questions was finally at ease and my heart felt lighter.

Finally I decided to opt in for a course in yoga and when I started attending the sessions, studying patanjali yoga sutras I came across. All the questions and queries once which were there in my mind finally got solved through yoga. It made me more focused, attentive, calmer, stronger it prepared me to face and deal with any problems come what may|||

It showed me the way of life how one can live their life in a disciplined manner. Accepting the problem instead of running from the problem. How one should tackle the problem? As there is a solution in the problem, one has to travel within oneself to come out with solutions and this can be done through meditation.

'Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self
-The Bhagwad Gita.

Not only this, I realised yoga is open for all. It is not related to any religion, caste or sect.
According to Patanjali yoga sutra book.  One has to realize for their own self. It's a journey from outer self to inner self making visions more clear and focused, from flickering mind to calmer mind.

It transcends one from negativity to Positivity. The beautiful process of self realisation is realising one's own weakness, accepting the situation and working on it and   experiencing oneness with truth. When you go deeper and deeper into yoga there is a permanent happiness, bliss and joy that brings inner peace and a gloom to your face while it surpasses all your anxiety and fear,  brings balance to your life with discipline and  self control which takes you to the path of spirituality and closer to divine that is God. As he is the creator, giver and taker just surrender to him and let go the worries.

                      There is a New You!
