Being implies in-it-self and existence. One of the existential philosopher "Martin Heidegger" simplifies the term 'Being' and makes it easy to relate with this life and our very own existence.
This being tries to show our existence as 'human being' or 'dasein'. That means if i exist so also my everyday problems exist in- it- self. heiddeger tries to simplify this term being as those problems which are so philosophical such as mortality, paradox of living in relationship with other human beings, personhood while being ultimately alone with oneself.
We have to understand our daily problems and concerns as how we deal with them and overcome them. As a human being we all have some sort of problems which are more troubling and causing pain and sometimes to an extent terrible. It's because we don't know how to react and when to react in any circumstances and that causes more terrible issues.
We keep on asking ourselves why do I suffer this, even if I am trying to do my best. I am not getting that happiness, moreover we are more dependent on others to take us out of our problems.
Some problems like up and downs in marriage, this relationship is left meaningless as there is no proper mutual understanding between two partners and it causes more chaotic issues like everyday fight, abuses, no respect no love just like everything is faded. It happens because we don't want to understand opposite partners approaches and we find it difficult to accept their decisions. There lies a problem where we are not ready to understand other human beings, as the ego always keeps on ruling us.
We make our lives miserable with our problems and so philosopher 'Martin heiddeger' define being in-it- self. Everything is rooted in oneself. Problems occur from one own self and we are responsible for our own very trivial issues.
One has to learn their problems, accept it and move on without repeating it again, life is the biggest lesson one has to deal with it patiently and calmly try to evaluate your problems. Our existence in this world itself tells us we exist so does our problems.
To overcome this issue of 'being' related problems one can learn yoga as "samkhya" also says about mankind and everyday problems and the ways to deal with those problems. Yoga and meditation helps to deal with our ownself, it makes us more realistic, patient, calm, strong and balanced. It helps us to be more distinct and clear in our thoughts. One gets more into values,learns to respect others as they start doing yoga and meditationn
