Where can I find peace? What are the ways to deal with problems?

Nowadays we see many people especially youths are dealing with so many psychological problems out of 10 at least 9 are facing the same common problems.


Today we see a so-called modern generation who exactly don't know how to deal and tackle the problems or how to find solutions to any challenges. Life itself is the biggest challenge and it's never easy to deal with. 


Sometimes we are lost in our own world with too many questions arising in our mind. Its whether about our life, work, fights which had been taken place earlier between partners or  two people goes on and on as a cycle. This mind is like a dumping ground whatever you feed will remain there until you clean it.


As rightly said a monkey mind is a disturbed mind and one who has no control on their mind lives an imbalanced life and an unpeaceful life. We just live with hope. Yes, I want to come out of this problem but how? We don't know. 


To find peace in our life we many times choose the wrong way. A way which is a temporary solution to reach peace which lasts for hardly two or three days. May be full day you keep yourself busy but at night you don't get a peaceful sleep.



It's not that we are not doing our best to come out of it but too many problems in our mind lead to negativity which don't allow us to make appropriate decisions. So we lose our power over our mind in decision making.


This not only affects our mind but our physical health too. Our health deteriorates and we lose our control over ourself totally



Many psychological disorders arise because of too many things dumped in our mind. Sometimes we need to speak out what we are going through the hard times. It's better to keep on sharing our problems with the trustworthy person who can understand you or you can meet the counselor.



Talk to them they will guide you and show you a way what can be best for you. Counseling not only helps in speaking your mind and heart but it helps to ease your pain.


Yoga and meditation helps to release stress , holding the asana for a longer time can help to alleviate the disorders, giving you peace of mind with calmness and stillness. Doing yoga on a regular basis will help you grow stronger and prepare you to overcome any problems which can give you peace.
