Does elder people face violence? What is geriatric?

The best ever gift we all ever have recieved is "parents" a true blessing from god above.  It is rightly said that god cannot be present every where, so he sent parents for us. Blessed is the one who have parents by their side to talk, share, care, love, concern, protect, to listen and enterntain us with our own talks. A big thanks to  the parents.

Childhood was the lesson for us to know how one should treat each other. As the best things or say all things we capture is at that very age where we see our parents taking care of us loving, feeding and never letting us fall apart.
The struggle which they go through is, 'I may say is a pure love'. Whatever our fulfillments and requirements we demand or had without hesistations it was served infront of us. Truely said we are the reflection of our parents. We inherit qualities from them and carry forward in our life treating same way as we are taught.

How we treat others is said how ethically one is raised by their parents. Later phase, time changes the journey from childrens to grown ups spontaneously takes places. Our emotions, love, affection, Moods, concern, priorities changes from age to age and through development psychological factors. That very love for parents too changes, our first priority is our ownself then friends and lastly our parents and families.
Time flies by, same parents who were once godly to us becomes pain and stress. Slowly our behaviour and emotions changes towards them. Sometimes these geriatrics face violences and abuses from their own childrens. They might have never thought this tragic will ever happen to them as we never know what will happen next.

Geriatics or gerontology meaning ageing, hearing impairments, loss of eye sights and many more reason as such psychological aspects. Parent's who thought at their old age childrens will take care of them and will love them as they did when they were kids but this turns to be only a dream. Old age, weakness, problems due to ageing  has become the reason for their childrens to start abuse and violence on their own parent as a burden on them.
They feel this is a curse which has caused them to suffer. May be due to loads of work, pressurized situations, wages, stress they could not handle their own lives which makes them turn arrogant, heartless violent towards their parents. Raising hands, hitting them has become more common. According to surveys old agers or geriatrics violences and abuses are increasing whether it's a male or female both suffer the same. Childrens are not ready to take responsibilties of their parents and leave them to die.

Sometimes it's so cruel to hear and see how can a person become emotionless. They decide to throw their parents out of their houses these poor old people find no shelter. Sometimes they take shelter in old age homes and many might have lost their lives seeing their own children treating them badly.

We all have right to equality, according to law every one has a right to live, let them live don't be their enemies, instead understand them and love them rightly. what one does is their duty and obligations towards their parents.

Can PHILOSOPHY solve daily problems?

What is philosophy? What are the basic human problems?

There are five branches of philosophy i.e, epistemology, metaphysics, ethics, logic and aesthetics. These five branches deals with daily problems one comes across through like life related queries, that we ask ourselves frequently. Is there any solution to the problem? Will this problem come to an end? Can I get a peaceful life? Some might be unsolved, unasnwered and no proper reasoning for the same.

'Life is an unsolved mystery'. Many times we don't know how to deal and tackle our own problems as level of difficulties are increasing day by day. We are running away from our own shadows and ignoring our problems instead of making a point to face those problems.


Some times we get big achievements and on other hand we get failure but that's wat life is. Nothing is so easy and simple as we think. One has to go deeply in search of reality, truth and face lot of struggles, its an obvious part of life and the fact. We cannot ignore our trivial problems too.

From childhood to adulthood we are taught only to get success, fame, position, and get higher and higher in our life never stoping any where in between. Not forgetting life has twist and turns, ups and downs and we truly are not ready to accept the bad days of lives because we are not prepared to see the bad days for eg, if I am earning a good income and some day I get paid less what happens next is trial and error . I will start feeling low key, sad, depressed offcourse I am doing my part of job working hard and putting my efforts but I am not ready to accept that situation where I am getting paid less than before I am not satisfied.
Our mind is not ready to accept that failures we are not ready to face challenges. Nowadays work pressure is increasing, in current times many people are jobless and don't have proper income to survive people are facing poverty we get to hear the bad news of suicides as the ratio is increasing.

As we cannot move out of our house to work  we have seen many violences are increasing. Some are tortured by their own family members to an extend that they dont have any clarity of how to deal them as no one to guide in such situation. Even if one think to call a friend they are afraid of their own members.

This impacts one mentally person starts getting thoughts of ending their lives they could not see anything good infront of them. It makes them feel worthless, hopeless, depressed instead of being their strength they keep on torturing.

We are always taught that sucess is everything, just touch the sky, we should only work for our sucess because its the only way to keep us happy as we have heard "money can buy happiness", may be yes it can only buy materialistic things. If one has to be happy and blissful they have to work for their own self not to gain money but to get peace of mind.
Peace of mind is the biggest achievements one can think of. Some times it becomes problematic to let go our depressive thoughts, stressful day as we are only focused in our work to maintain our position there. To get our wages as we have family to run.

This things have mentally impacted us and our mind is falling ill day by day. Due to this we want some one to understand us, listen to our problems and to just be with us. If you feel like stressed out please talk to someone whom you can rely and trust. There is lot of problematization happening around as we are only engrossed in such problems. Support each and every one who is feeling low be with them.

Philosophical practical approach:

Philosophy teaches us to solve the unsolved mystery of mundane Life. Yes it helps to identify the problems, as to reasonate our trivial to smallest problems with the help of logic. One has to think and reflect on the problems to get solution. Answer is always hidden in problem, some problems are beyond our capacity to solve and we find ourselves to be one with the problem. Remember we are different from the problems, this worldly things are secondary.

All problems will pass one day. Just be yourself, philosophy itself denotes love for wisdom, and wisdom means clarity, accept your flaws find the meaning of your life if your are facing any trouble may be it wants you to learn from it and focus on it sometimes problems make you stronger. As you learn from the trivial mistakes so you wont repeat the same mistake again and again. Keep your ethics, code and coduct fixed so you will never do what is bad for you. Beautification of life is to go on with the pros and cons some problems are metaphysical beyond ones capacity to hold on it.


Maintain your mental health first, if you feel things are out of control consult a counselor or psychiatarist. Time changes and it's never same. Today's problem is never same for tomorrow.

Wat is yoga? Importance of yoga in life?

Today as we celebrate the "International Yoga Day", all over the world, on account of this, Let's take a pride on the very ancient heritage of india given to us by the father of yoga shiva and founder of yoga school "sage maharshi patanjali". We should thank our sage for bringing up such a beautiful yogic tradition.

According to today's theme "YOGA AT HOME AND YOGA WITH FAMILY", given by ayush ministry as awareness all over. Will see how yoga works, what are the importance of doing yoga, how it impacts on physical, mental and spiritual level. I am sure many of you are aware of what yoga is? how one can get benefit from it. Some might be knowing as "patanjala yoga shastra", ayurvedic treatment, yogic science, yoga therapy as some of us might have learnt and are aware of.  As mentioned in the ancient scripture that is rig veda.


Yoga which means union of body,mind and spirit, union of three into one.  Yoga is for the one who is unwell, disturbed, mentally ill, physically unfit and psychologicaly imbalanced. We have heard many times that one who is not healthy cannot perform yoga but it's only a misconception. One who is insane can also do yoga. As it does not discriminate between anyone. No matter who you are, from where you are. Instead it helps to allievate psychotic disorders, anxiety, depression, boost immunity system, makes one fit and fine brings confidence,  takes down ego, pride, fear and transform ones life into a better person making independent, joyous,blissfull and spiritual.

As we are in the era of crisis, the pandemic situation, i am sure many of you must have learned something innovative or say must have got life changing lessons. At some point life teaches us a lesson. Many people viz youngsters, mid agers faces problems and due to confusion take a step towards ending their lives just to put an end to the problems, life is not as easy as we think. When there is no one to guide us it becomes difficult to conclude what is best. Thanks to Yoga, the best solution for all problems, curing illness to boosting immunity in this pandemic, we have heard and  seen many people doing asana, pranayama and meditation there is a big benefit of doing this. As it helps to calm mind and become strong physically.



Primary aim of yoga is to reach liberation. In today's term we can say to liberate means dealing with all sort of problems may be its depression, anger, lust, anxiety, fear (fear of death), disease, poverty or may be anything else . One who follows eight limbs  of yoga given by patanjali and  person who does his sadhana regularly will liberate him self from this worldly miseries will get unattached from all pain/inflctions.


Thus changes will take place slowly, you will have to trust your self, gut and keep a positive thought and keep your sadhana on first priority. Yes you will come out of all those bondages from with in what has kept you entangled. To release those bondages one can follow the eight limbs of yoga given by patanjali.

The eight limbs of yoga:

1) yama
2) niyama
3) asana
4) pranayama
5) pratyahara
6) dharna
7) dhyana
8) samadhi

The beautification of yoga is following these 8 limbs of yoga and applying in ones life, to liberate from all bondage walking towards the path of spirituality taking you closer to higher divinity. The realization for ownself comes only through yoga, according to the theme of this year as we cannot move out of our houses, lets take a privilege and a small step towards taking up yoga and doing it regularly.



As it is not coming from any religion, caste or creed without any discrimination lets start doing yoga on daily basis One takes bath daily, same our mind needs to be bathe daily and it can be done only through yoga,meditation and breathing technique i.e is pranayama one can purify mind with this and bring peace, equaminity and  tranquility.

Let's take a small initative towards oneself to choose yoga , practise it without any hesitation you will benefit more than you could have  ever thought. The best is yet to come. let's turn oursleves to be healthy and fit.

How to deal with psychological problems? Some symptoms to know?

Looking at the present situation arround us, the world is going through lot of tough times like pandemic and natural calamities not only existential crisis but metaphysical problems too.

This pandemic has brought lot of changes in people's routine, the behavioural pattern have changed. Leaving a trace of disturbance in life. Problem which has been touched and affected, is so more threating than anything else could ever happen before.


Due to pandemic we have been isolated in our houses for our safety measures and prevention for good reason, as one should not get affected from this virus which can adversely affect and take away many lives. 

This has impacted existential crisis. Due to the loss of jobs, economic crisis, no proper facilities, no food has caused a severe problem one is dealing with now. It has adversely affected each and every one, shattering many people's life. Sudden loss hampers mind and one loose stability gets quickly affected .We always dont have control over our thoughts, its rightly said our mind is a monkey mind it keeps on running from one thought to another as fluctuation keeps on happening constantly. Some question we need to ask our self, Is there still any humanity existing? Are we really wanting to help others? Can anyone trust me?.


Being left alone has become a threatning conditions, it leaves a trace of disturbances, psychological symptoms like depression, anxiety, fear, fear of death, panic attacks etc. One who faces such depressive features find difficult to express their feelings and could not reach out to others. We are driven through this so extremely that we are not even  aware why this is happening to us.

As we always want someone to be arround us viz family. In such severe situations we expect some one to be there for us as what one might be facing we never know. As always we cannot rely on others. We have to be strong not physically but mentally also. Mind has to be trained to face and accept any challenges whether it is difficult, tough, easy, good, bad learn to go with flow, accept your flaws and cons. Be kind with everyone, understand each others problems lets bring humanity first. We never know who might need us or trust us.


Sometimes depression is so severe and we really want some one to help us please talk to your friends, family, relatives whomsoever you can trust and rely. The best therapy is speaking up your mind. Talk and see whether you find yourself good and easy or incase if it is not working consult a mental health counsellor or psychiatrist as they will help you to come out of your bad to worst situations disscus your problems with them and i am sure you will find your way.

Incase if you see any one struggling through this problems and notice these symptoms please tell them to seek a professional help immediately. Check on them everyday or after one-two days.

This is a serious problems lets not take it lightly. As many people still think psychiatrist and counsellors are only for the insane or Mad people this isnt true, one  who is depressed also need a proffesional help. Show them a right way help them and give them a hope with positivity which will make them feel better.



How to deal with negativity:

1) engage yourself in some activities.
2) practise yoga
3) join yoga class
4) do something which diverts mind from negative thinking
5) talk to friends
6) learn to be strong and confident.


Yoga has always proved to be the bestest solution to overcome the any kind of problems. One becomes aware of their own self, inner potentials, it helps to explore ones nature,capacity. Surrendering your problems to god, sitting in mindfulness in midst of god presence will always ease your problems, leaving you calm giving courage to fight your every day problems and fears.


 Life is once, live it to the fullest.

Is body shaming a curse? Can one stop this curse?

Today we see many youth's are facing problems like body shaming  this has become a worst part of life and a upcoming trend.

We see many advertises, posters about beauty and products. All we do is try to comapre ourselves with those models in ads. Which creates a image of how one beauty product can transform you into most amazing person just like the model in advertisement is. Slowly we take that imprints and make them our role model just to imitate them.


There is always a comparison between one self and others. We always try to compare others clothes, skin colour, weight, hair, height, shoes etc and wish that we may get the same as they have. Now adays in relationship there is  always an expectations from partners. We expect them to be according to our wants. We are not ready to accept the person as they are. For eg, if a partner is thin, fat, black, less height etc we always want them to be perfect and opposite of these qualities. There is a fight against you and your partners.


Sometimes it happens that husband or wife, or in girlfriend and boyfriend there is up and down against beauty and looks as when they see some one more beautiful and Elegant, handsome as their desire and wants they keep on taunting their partners to just be like them. It's due to our selfish moto the pure beauty of person fades away.
We have created a mess for us. Many youth's are ashamed of their own self as they are left with no confidence in them as market is full of this highly competetive trend. This leads to depression, angst and no self love which makes them think that no one will love them or talk to them it makes themselves feel useless and sometimes they want to end their lives also keeping in mind many have lost their lives due to same.


We are running towards fake beauty. Spending quality of money on beauty products and cosmetics which has been advertised. just to be like our idols to become more beautiful and try to flaunt ourselves to impress some one or just because some one wants you to be like those beauties.

This has become more dangerous. Due to this there has been jealousy and angst towards others, whom we cannot competete this impacts our mind disturbed and more worsening. let's not forget we are best in what we are, how we look instead of feeling ashamed and creating hatred for Oneself try to be happy in what you are take pleasure in your ownself. The real ones will find you and accept you the way you are. You dont have to change yourself for others.Take a minute to thank god for he has created you in his own image.


If its god will that one should be born black, fair, tall, short, fat, thin accept it and stop trying to compare your self with others or your partners with them. it will only create less confidence, depression, hurt and loneliness. Instead love your self and also accept your partner as they are respect them and if you get a chance compliment them for who they are, what they are tell them how important they are for you.


Yoga dimension for positivity in oneself:

Yoga, teaches us to be self reliant, once you start following eight fold paths of yoga, you will see your self transforming in good and positive thoughts, more confident then before,stronger to accept all flaws and re work on them. It makes you independent in thinking more enhanced and creative, you will see how your life is getting better day by day without comparing one self with others. This worldly things will never matter to you this worldly things are secondary. One has to to be still and firm. Change your attitudes towards others. Keep practising yoga and meditation....Good luck!!

Is marriage a blessing? Does one face problems in it?

Marriage is a union of two body and soul. It is said that marriages are made in heaven a sacred relation. A journey from unknown to known, strangers to friends and finally from just partners to life partners. A pure bliss and joy, promises to commitment for a life time.

It is said that marriage is a beautiful process of life, a part of transformation in every stage of life. It's a union of two families also. The relation has to be transparent and translucent. Where both partners share every bit of happiness, joy, sorrow, difficulties, tough times from smallest to biggest and deepest to hardest talks without any hesitations.


There should be a mutual understanding between both partners. In context to marriage it has always been given a special importance and a tribute. Many times this relation fails there are lot of stuffs that is imbalanced which affects relation and takes away mental peace from ones life destroying many lives and houses.

All relations have ups and downs, fights and many goes without talking for days without solving the conflicts.Today, the most popular and common problems we see are extra marital affairs or divorvce. It happens due to lack of mutual bonding, lack of communication, trust issues etc.Due to this relation starts becoming weaker.


Sometimes we try to hide some things from our partners, thinking it will ruin the relation and  think it's better to be kept hidden but instead of hiding the talks it turns to destroy trust, loyalty the connection is lost between two and relation starts becoming meaningless.

Once the person starts feeling frustrated, anger the seed of love, care, corncern, trust starts fading away. Sometimes either of the partner is not loyal in marriage and opposite person has to suffer which causes to develop psychological factors.

The challenges of extra- marital affairs lead to spoil the relation. When one partner feel lost, unloved not understandable they start feeling lonely, no peace, not getting love, affection, concern, this tends them to wanting some one to understand them psychologicaly it happens that our mind starts thinking deeper and deeper, emotions changes and we get attracted towards the other person who tries to understand us love us as we want the attachments and connections get stronger with them it's a natural process and happens as explained psychologically.

The relation of husband and wife gets destroyed in a minutes it comes to an end. They start ignoring each other which leave the imprints of psychological disturbancesDepressive features, emotional changes, mood swings.

Our modern society has forgotten the true meaning of marriage. The promises, vows which was taken at the time of marriage remains meaninglessMany goes through divorce, traumas or get seprated mutually.

Sometimes we are so confused that we don't know how do we deal with these situations which we ourselves have created for us.

1) we can talk to some one whom we trust.
2) talk about the things which is disturbing you
3) speak up your problems with your own partners first if not then your friends whom you can trust or any of your family members.
4) consult a marriage counsellor who will guide you  show you the way to deal the problems


Lastly, keep hope in god he is the best care taker of everything you can count on him keep trusting him. Please dont take this relation lightly respect this relation and each other.

What is love? Can love be redefined?

Love a beautiful bond a connection between two hearts. It is not always about dating some one. we all love one another whether its a relationship between parents and childrens, husband and wife, girlfriend and boyfriend or it can be friends last but not the least loving higher divinity that is god as he itself is love. We all have our own defination of love i am sure.

We all have heard about love, it's not being physical but it's more about loving each other who values each other presence as some might have experienced it some good things and might have created good memories. others might have gone through this fully opposite. Failure in relationships are the biggest problem one faces in today's time.


Love means not spoiling anyone or ruining lives. Due to this many have lost faith in love, on their own self and some might have given up on this. Love is not only words it's beyond everything one can think and imagine. It is a process of transformation in life, we all love some one or the other. Our parents, god, husband,wife, brother, sister, friends so many beautiful relations, we have many people arround us who love us. Even if we have everything in life there will always be a search for 'true love'. The question is, Does true love exist? Or it's we who have named it? Our eyes are always wandering for that one special person.

We all want someone special to love and treat us in right way. That one who will take care of us and most importantly who will always be by our side. We have given many meanings to love in these context. All we do is create expectations, once we stop getting these attention we feel sad, burdened, heavy hearted and we loose our self control and make  our partners life miserable. It's because of our expectations and attachments we loose faith in love and slowly both subsides. We want people to love us as per our thought, imaginations and expectations.


Love has three sides, it's a triangle. If we love some one or may be we are in relation. first  thing to know that love should be without expecting anything in return, if you are a giver then give without any attachments or seeking something in return. Secondly, trust your partners or whomsoever you love.Being trustworthy, faithful can make a relationship grow stronger and deeper. if a person can accept your flaws it's more than one can think of in relation. Thirdly, there should be no fear of losing someone if it is meant to happen it will, just believe in God he is the best planner. If we love some one there should be no point of hiding something which can spoil relation, just be loyal speak up your problems, talk about the things which is disturbing you and things that makes you feel guilty.

 It's better to clear up things on time rather than keeping it hidden. This feeling of love and being loved is prestigious. Sometimes situations happens to spoil relations it becomes complicated, all we can do is look in to the same for betterment of relation.


Nowadays, many youth's goes through relationship stressor, break up, ups and downs its a natural thing. Its due to misunderstanding between two of them, as we don't want to listen to other person who has wronged us but sometimes things are too complicated and serious and we really dont want some one to be part of us. Feeling of love turns to be hatred and poisonous.

Genuinely, if we ask ourselves are we truly in love with some one, sometimes we are 100% sure and other times we dont even know whether this relation is good for us, as we are not even sure of our own self. what guarantee can we give to be sure of our partner. Still we continue to take our step forward in this.


Sometimes things turns out to be messed and we end up badly, devastated, frustrated dealing with lot of problems. There is a turning point in our life where we get entagled in this type Of mess. Love is beautiful feeling it has to be created doesn't matter who you are what you are it just happens. As it is said "Love is blind". It may be blind but it suggest us to be wise and to take proper decision for our own betterment.

The one who knows you, understand you, takes care of your feelings, who can always be there for you, say worst to good days of your life being supportive is said to love you no matter what come may!!!. Just be loyal, truthful, outgoing personality, supportive. We cannot force anyone to love us or to stay with us in relation. Sometimes it's worth waiting for the right one instead of falling for the wrong one's. Our lives and our future are in our own hands.

Don't let any one take advantage of you, be the best version of you instead of trying to be what some one else wants you to be and behave just be your own. The right ones will be there for you at the right time. Once you get to see all this. I am sure you are in right hands and safe. All we need to know is about the person and his qualities whether he can be there for you. One who can lift  you higher, appreciates you for what you are.


Relationship is a blessing, it's a commitment for life time to stay together but we have made a fake trend of dating in relationship in name of love and so it happens to be torn out brutally with the scars left behind which hardly heals. don't spoil anyones life. Learn to love yourself first then only we can love someone. let's spread love instead of harsh feelings. As complicating things can only worsen your life and relation.

 Love is a spur of moment, don't spoil this feeling, god plans are always beautiful keep trusting him and wait for your right time.

Does mens face violences like womens? gender plays any role?

Women's issues have always been on top of the list and the hottest topic ever. From the very 17th cent till now 21st cent.we have heard and seen many crimes and cases against womens. Most recent if we see is during lockdown domestic violence on womens and children's had increased.

This topic is and will always be close to my heart, crime against womens is taking place after every minutes and hours it really warms my heart to hear about such threatning violences happening arround. Being a feminist, i always thought women's are the one who go through lot of violences, yes it is true but after counseling some men's too i realized not only women but there are some men's in our society who goes through the same and we are unaware of what actually is happening to them.


Psychoanalysis have always showed that women's are emotional, weak compared to mens as men's are said to be strong, logical and can deal with all type of situation but not forgetting that womens think emotionally and so she is said to be best version of her that's the reason she can take care of her husband,children and family. Its due to this compartmentalized  thinking about 'gender' our society has adopted and made a norms of male and female as how should they behave and think.

Whether you are female or male at first we all are human being, and human being is said to be rational animals. Every individual has emotions but due to gender norms of males and females many mens dont open up and share their problems.

 I will try my best to do comparative analysis on both with the help of my friend "Rushabh dixit" who has shared his views on male and have analysed men's problem and kept his own ideas forward.

Some common issuses faced by women:

Womens are said to be weak and emotionally unstable due to this capabilities people think they can't take care of every aspects in their lives.This thinking is because of the patriarchy system that has rooted in the so called 'society' and still there are some people who follows this male dominons. Times have  changed, we are now living in the modern society still the problems persist to be same no changes we can see at all.

Today women's are educated, well versed, settled and proggressing in every field. We see many Successful women's and hear about their success stories too. Inspite of these things there are many woman's who face violences and deal with these traumatized situations. Why there is still the same problems in society. Domestic violences has always been increasing in numbers even if woman has succeded in her live and Carreer still she faces these challenging situation.


women goes through mental trauma, abuses,physical assaults,beating,eve teasing,rape and her character is judged and many more problems like this. We know she goes through alot of defame also. Some women's choose to raise their voice and some prefer to be silent. The reason for not coming in front and raising their voices are fear of spouse, family and society as they are scared their name will get spoiled some are scared as there might be no one to support them and might be thrown out From their in laws house.


One or the other woman is a part of this crimes as she is not aware of where is the safest place for her to stay, at home issuses of domestic violence, out of her house eve teasing, bullying, rapes. she may never know what may be next prepared for her. Sometimes she wants to raise her voice but society will not allow her to speak up. There is something that makes her fearful as people will judge her character and prejudge her on her problems.

Womens are not a toy they have their lives, let them live. You and me are no one to keep her hundred of names or to judge her. She knows what is best for her, if she can take care of her family, childrens and in laws don't you think she is strong enough to take care of herself it's just because of her parents and in laws she is quite as she dont want them to face problems. Its not because she is strong she can deal with violences, physical assaults, abuses.


"We say womens are next to goddess" how many houses follow this. How many of them actually praise women. Might be few of them. Being women is not by choice but its by chance. Womens might be weak and silent but still she is commited towards her work, family, Childrens and many more things that she is bound to. She has to run her house and also  not forgetting many womens are well employed and has to look after both.

    "One is not born but rather becomes women".

As we see many womens faces challenges there are mens to who has to deal with same challenges.


Some common issuses faced by men:

Thoughts kept infront are purely giving by "Rushabh dixit" and some observances of my own.

We all have heard about "mens too" movement. Pseudo feminist who has allegedly put charges on males there are some dear brothers who has gone through mental pain, physical assaults, abuses just like womens. Due to wrong allegation of rape etc. As mens too deal with problems in their life but yet they pretend to have strong mindset just to maintain happy surrounding. So there is no one who will judge him for his emotional behaviour.


If any male try to share his problems, feelings people judge him as weak hearted and sometimes laugh at him. Is this how we are going to discriminate mens on their gender. It is said that if a boy/ man cries its a shamefull thing as we always heard "mens don't cry".


Only they know what they are going through how they are tackling the situations as they too have their own fights and battles but they dont show up. How sad they feel and what is killing them deep inside only one knows who goes through it. Some genuine boys/ males are named as pervert, rapist and such names they get is because of few mens who really are bad in nature because of them other mens have to suffer. It makes them feel disposable, replaced. They too are abused and raped also they are victim of their very own partners.


They also face rejections and hurdles. It affects them psychologically. This turns them to start removing their frustrations on near ones. As they cant open up their feelings and have fear to be prejudged as what people and society will name him.

We all need to be gender unbiased by giving respect to every individuals which will promote more of  equality,peace and harmony in home and society.

Lets make a better place for womens and mens without discriminating their gender

Are we true to ourselves? How can one stay truthfull to own?

Life is not easy as we all know, there is always up and down one has to deal with. Many turmoils one has to go through. Just like you are always spinning. Nervous system feels constant tension.

Million dollar question is "Are we true to ourselves"?

Do we ever ask ourselves, Am i loyal to my own? Am i truthful and obedient to me? Most importantly is there peace in my life? So many questions we come across. Answer to this is always diplomatic. As we don't know want is going on in our life.

Busy schedules have worsen our lives more. We don't know what is the real purpose of our life is instead we face many negative challenges like depression, panic attacks, emotion buster and stress which is a psychological obstacles.


There is always a time in our life, when we go through lot of hardships, pain, sorrow, despair. Sometimes it becomes difficult to handle the problems as we end up creating more mess for our ownselves unknowingly, all of sudden tragic happens.

It is a natural process, as we are not robots, we all have emotions and sufferings it a "part and parcel of life".We have to willingly and sportingly accept the challenges. Instead, when we are in problem we go in deeper thinking, we constantly keep on thinking same thing again and again. Is this the solution for these problems?.

No, thinking about problems will lead to more chaos and may worsen the problem. All we do is we ask ourselves how it can be eased as we see no hope, no solution for same.We don't know how to accept these situation as it takes all peace away from us.


There are some obstacles which create problems.

It is obvious nine antarayah/obstacles causes disturbances in life and in bodily system too. Accompanied to these antarayah there are few more which create chaos.

When we are in pain it impacts on mental and physical level, this leads to create more sadness,frustration, depression. when we enter into these stages of depression our body starts falling sick, we get panic attacks, anxiety, unsteadiness, restlessness, fearfulness.

We loose our selves slowly and get sinked in it.Due to this our breathing process is disturbed and we feel heavy hearted, as these obstacles leads to create abnormal breathing. Which causes panic attacks these are similar to heart attacks the reason for this is no proper regulations of inhalation and exhalation.


Our mind get distracted, we tend to get scared of loosing our lives.Many times we get sucidal thoughts too. And that is how we start relying on others to bring us out of our mess which we alone have created for us. When we alone can get into this mess then why do we expect others to take us out of our problems. We are not true to ourselves. We always hurt our own feelings by expecting some thing or the other.

Expectation is a slow poison. Lets deviate ourselves from all these problems and expectations. We alone have to find our way. If you feel that you alone can't come out of this situation. Please consult a counselor. Everything has to be done in it's  own time. Taking proper help from right person will work on time instead of diving deeper In your own thoughts.

Many will judge your problems, you don't have to pretend to be person who you are not. Keep listening to your inner voice, at a times we are so confused, that how do i show myself to others it's kind of struggle that we face is you vs your own. Trust yourself change yourself and you will recognise a good change. Once you will be true to yourself there will be a good growth.


Some points to remember for our own:

1) let go
2) do not expect anything from anyone
3) we are our own warriors
4) don't let the world take charge of you
5) we don't have to prove anyone anything
6) focus on your own potential
7) all are blessed with some thing or the other
8) start some activites which can give you happiness
9) do yoga
10) eat healthy food as it impacts your mind



Note: some times problems are too serious and extreme,one may have to consult psychologist or psychaitrist for the same

Secret of life is to keep ourselves happy and easy going. Know your self give more priority to own instead of pleasing others. Most importantly talk about your problems to only whom you trust fully not all want to help you. Choose your friends wisely, create more positive aura be with people who will give you more positivity. Spend some time in nature as it is filled with positive vibes. Promise yourself to be true just be yourself.
