Life is not easy as we all know, there is always up and down one has to deal with. Many turmoils one has to go through. Just like you are always spinning. Nervous system feels constant tension.
Million dollar question is "Are we true to ourselves"?
Do we ever ask ourselves, Am i loyal to my own? Am i truthful and obedient to me? Most importantly is there peace in my life? So many questions we come across. Answer to this is always diplomatic. As we don't know want is going on in our life.
Busy schedules have worsen our lives more. We don't know what is the real purpose of our life is instead we face many negative challenges like depression, panic attacks, emotion buster and stress which is a psychological obstacles.
There is always a time in our life, when we go through lot of hardships, pain, sorrow, despair. Sometimes it becomes difficult to handle the problems as we end up creating more mess for our ownselves unknowingly, all of sudden tragic happens.
It is a natural process, as we are not robots, we all have emotions and sufferings it a "part and parcel of life".We have to willingly and sportingly accept the challenges. Instead, when we are in problem we go in deeper thinking, we constantly keep on thinking same thing again and again. Is this the solution for these problems?.
No, thinking about problems will lead to more chaos and may worsen the problem. All we do is we ask ourselves how it can be eased as we see no hope, no solution for same.We don't know how to accept these situation as it takes all peace away from us.
When we are in pain it impacts on mental and physical level, this leads to create more sadness,frustration, depression. when we enter into these stages of depression our body starts falling sick, we get panic attacks, anxiety, unsteadiness, restlessness, fearfulness.
We loose our selves slowly and get sinked in it.Due to this our breathing process is disturbed and we feel heavy hearted, as these obstacles leads to create abnormal breathing. Which causes panic attacks these are similar to heart attacks the reason for this is no proper regulations of inhalation and exhalation.
Our mind get distracted, we tend to get scared of loosing our lives.Many times we get sucidal thoughts too. And that is how we start relying on others to bring us out of our mess which we alone have created for us. When we alone can get into this mess then why do we expect others to take us out of our problems. We are not true to ourselves. We always hurt our own feelings by expecting some thing or the other.
Expectation is a slow poison. Lets deviate ourselves from all these problems and expectations. We alone have to find our way. If you feel that you alone can't come out of this situation. Please consult a counselor. Everything has to be done in it's own time. Taking proper help from right person will work on time instead of diving deeper In your own thoughts.
Many will judge your problems, you don't have to pretend to be person who you are not. Keep listening to your inner voice, at a times we are so confused, that how do i show myself to others it's kind of struggle that we face is you vs your own. Trust yourself change yourself and you will recognise a good change. Once you will be true to yourself there will be a good growth.

Secret of life is to keep ourselves happy and easy going. Know your self give more priority to own instead of pleasing others. Most importantly talk about your problems to only whom you trust fully not all want to help you. Choose your friends wisely, create more positive aura be with people who will give you more positivity. Spend some time in nature as it is filled with positive vibes. Promise yourself to be true just be yourself.
