Why is there suffering? Let us know some factors?

As we all must have seen and  experienced the pain and suffering in our lives on a daily  basis

. We cannot resist our sufferings as it's natural and obvious.

Suffering is a common factor and is from birth till death

an ongoing
process. From childrens to adults everyone faces misery, pain, sorrow but life don't stop there,it keeps on going with the flow. Without suffering we would have never learnt to be strong, reactive and rational

Different people have different misery and suffering whether one goes through fear, hardships, sorrow, trouble, pain, anxiety, depression. You accept it or not we all are caged in our own little world as we are bound with more than one suffering.

Sometimes things are not as we want them to be. Our wishes, desires, happiness is not valued by others because someone wants us to be as they wish and slowly we give up on our own happiness and accept others point of view which then leads us to depression leaving an impression on our mind that we are not good enough to take our own decisions. This hurts us more than usual. Secondly, some factors like jealousy, envy, ego, attitudes we face this factor of suffering all this negativity poisons our mind and slowly we lose our pure self.

Gautama buddha's philosophy states, " life is full of misery". Yes, it's full of misery even though one is in great pain nobody wants to understand the pain which another person is going through. The "ego" factor is somewhere ruling in their lives which leads us to ignore others' problems without concern.

One cannot blindfold the pain or ignore their personal problems as you will land up nowhere rather there will be one more added to it; this cycle of suffering keeps on going till death.

To eradicate this suffering, pain, misery one can follow the path of yoga and spirituality. The moment you get connected towards the higher divinity you can truly feel the pain or burden which you were carrying along for days, months and years will get eased

Let's keep ourselves on the path of yoga and spirituality. Follow the ashtanga marga that is yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi. Practising asanas and meditation can give you more positivity in life and will help to release your sorrow, change your emotions, will keep you stable psychologically away from all disturbances in life and proper clarity to solve your problems, resonate and will make you more realistic and rational.

Stay blessed, stay happy!!!!
