Importance and value of time?

The most important aspect of life "Time". Precious above all, one needs to observe and utilize their time very carefully because as it is said time and tide waits for no man!!!

These days the situation which we all are facing is the difficult and challenging. We all want to survive some where or the other. I am sure we all might be in the field of battle, battling our situation which we want to survive out of it.

Pandemic has taught so many things and we have made it sure to survive after all for our families. Drastic changes in live happens, where we all might have heard time changes and it waits for no one, from good to bad or bad to worst. Anything can happen because time belongs to no one

It's we people who have to learn to manage our time. Whether it's about giving time to our families, friends, relatives, work etc. We have to manage our time making sure that we rather don't compartmentalize it but balance it in our lives.

We should respect the time and also understand the value of time because the time gone is never going to come back. It’s better to follow and respect time instead of regretting afterwards.

Make memories and preserve it for life time, time gone will never come back.If you want to live a better life then you should be punctual in your life. Proper use of time will give you a successful life in all aspects of life.

We cannot buy time with the help of money. Once the time is  gone it's lost forever.Time is much more valuable than money because we can earn money in any sphere of our life but we cannot earn the time back which has already been passed away by any means.

No one knows what their future is going to be like so work hard and complete all your tasks on time because the economy is changing at a fast pace.

Time is the best medicine. It helps to cure all your problems slowly and step by step.

Have a good time.

Importance of being a woman?

Today's theme for 'women's day' is to choose courage and Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world.'' Many women activists are working for equal rights and breaking stereotypes from society working towards a better future and coming out of rigid thoughts.

Today as we celebrate international women's day we observe women's success in every field whether its political, social and economic development also to make awareness about women's right and gender equality. Women is a biggest blessing from almighty god, one who is devoted not only to herself but people who are attached to her.

She is a giver who always thinks about her family whether it's her children's or husband and so we have heard many people saying that women are next to goddess no matter what come may. She will always be the one whom you can share your problems with.

The role of being child, daughter, sister, wife and  mother is always done at its best without any complaints and hesitations. It is said that womens are always strong and can deal all kind of problems but is that really happening a woman too needs support where she can express her feelings her thoughts and emotions and i think mostly all emotions are bottled up in some way or the other as we fail to express our feelings with our partner or someone else who are close to us.

We see many womens are achieving success and we have come through their success stories. The hardship which they went through has made them successful. As she has the ability to make decisions in public life and eliminating the violence she too has the right to live her life as one man does.

In this pandemic there are many women warriors in the form of doctors, nurses, caregivers who have worked effortlessly to take care of people. Today there is more acceptance than ever before that women bring different experiences, perspectives and skills to the table, and make irreplaceable contributions to decisions, policies and laws that work better for all. Let's make women's violence free, give her dignity and the right to live and choose her freedom.

How does our mind work? Can we control our mind?

Mind is formed from the body, memory, and intelligence. The body contains more memory than the mind can recall, for example, the physical genetics you inherit in your looks. Your brain cannot recall or know your genetics of what is expressed in your physique as defined in "Yoga".

Mind plays a role of thinking. We observe our thoughts and react to it, also called as intellect or consciousness. There are many thoughts which arise in our mind which lead us in the wrong direction because we are not aware of what is real and unreal. For example we also say "there is something going on in my mind". Which means that I am thinking, it only exists in my mind whether it's right or wrong, true or false. I'm not aware of it.

Similarly, in our life in real sense we always face these challenges like ' I think he/she is cheating me' or 'Nobody likes me'. We are just making such statements which we ourselves are not sure whether that person is really cheating me or not.Our mind is based on past event which is just a memory its not related to present. It happens that the mind is ruled by past thoughts and with that past experience we behave according in our present as we are scared that this has happened in our past the repetition goes on. We always mistakes our thoughts with somethings which is not real

Today we see many relationships end because there is no proper clarity in thoughts, lack of trust which ends up in doubts. Something goes wrong with us. We blame other people for that due to our past experience our mind is still in the past. The discrimination of what is real and unreal at that moment is still in doubt. Our one thought can change the situation. We make such statements which can hurt others emotions or we land up taking wrong decisions to which our intention was not there.

This mind leads to kleshas such as ignorance, wrong knowledge, ego, attachment, hatred, fear. This is just a one factor to psychological disorders like anxiety, depression, confusion. There are a lot of things going on in mind to which our mind commands one particular thought which we react to.

We can overcome these toxic and past thoughts with the help of meditation. Meditation takes you closer to spirituality which helps to discriminate between real and unreal which is an important factor in yoga. One should have strong faith in destiny to begin his spiritual journey of self improvement. This spirituality creates a positive aura which can give tranquility of the mind. It helps to replace negative thought into positive. Cultivating feelings of friendliness, compassion etc instead of hatred and jealousy and trying to understand each other, also respecting their point of view.

If you rise above all mental modification then you can control your mind from hindering the past and letting go which can be done through meditation.

Stay blessed, stay happy!!!
