What i miss? A series of life part 3?

A series of life part 3 ----- by Darshan bhadra.


A small flashback of part 1&part 2 has shown us how life is, and one goes through this cycle of repetitive features from moment to moment and memories which are smallest and biggest, good and bad etc.
As it is  the last series will see how we can deal with life.

Smaller actions can make a person weak incase someone who hurts us we go into another state of thinking we feel so worthless and left alone because somewhere deep down in our heart we know it's wrong and it hurts us badly. 

The only thing that dont laugh or make us feel pity is our own memories. One factor changes and we forget to be self motivated that's why we need to be firm, strong and relaxed. I know in bad situations it's not possible to be calm because the mind keeps on talking about the same thing which has hurted us or the pain given to us by others.
Sometimes our self is out of control and then it's really important to have a counselor and at the same time a motivational speaker to motivate us. Just from outside which can work magic to the conscious mind, but what about subconscious mind? 

The part of mind which is related to our habits, our good feelings, bad feelings which tells us what we actually are  but we don't give that much contradiction to that, we just want to be happy for a moment. What about the time when you go to bed or wake up in the morning?
What is the first thing that comes up in your mind? Do you feel happy or excited at that time? Do you consider yourself that good to be there where you are right now?

It's just we hold on to those saddest memories and suppress our emotions which we are holding back in our heart. It is important to release these emotions if you truly want to be happy and connected in the world.

The high time for one to start feeling alive by just getting deeper into oneself, think what you really miss and try to do it. That waits for the perfect moment to cherish and gain something valuable. Starting from within your life is too short to do everything. Just go with the flow of life, enjoy each and every moment and try to make peace with life. 
Doing yoga and meditation can make many changes and wonders to become relaxed, still, calm and focused.

Add life to days, not days to life!!

What i miss? A series of life part 2?

A series of life part 2----by Darshan Bhadra.


As earliest i spoke about how we learn eventually from our smallest to biggest mistakes, how we develop our own negative thoughts.. I would like to continue here more broadly.....

One has to make their own differences not for the sake of others but for their own self, so that we can have restful sleep at nightMinor things in life do matter because from those minor things we can learn up new things and grow from it. Whether it's a bad thing or good. So where do these minor things get caught up?
These minor things are there in our memory. It's fitted as filmed at every moment. Momentarily we always get a past old memory, I am pretty sure it's all of us who must have noticed this as without memory no one can learn what they have been through. Mostly we get memories of our past and hurtful things which create miseries. 

On the other hand we get minor memories of childhood like spending quality of time with friends in school/indoors, playground, trips and hanging out with them. It's a bundle of joy one can ever imagine and when this reflects in our memory there is a genuine smile on our face which brightens us. Person will go but the memories stay as imprints, so don't let the good memories fade away
This can motivate us to get along with our lives hand in hand. As a child we had the freedom to dare to dream as big as we wanted. Then why does it happen that later we grow up and choose our career fearfully, we fear for that same big giant dream. Why it becomes difficult to chase? Why?

Memories don't fear even if one is on the verge of going away from the world. One's last bedtime with sweet memories can ease so much pain leaving the world at peace. I myself think (thinker) Sometimes that why i am here on this earth? What is my role to play? What am i doing with my life? Am i good to make difference in this world?
Many more such typical questions we have and may be all of us might have right? There are so many emotions which arise in my mind when I'm sad or feeling lonely. Not every time we can express ourselves to others because we are scared that they will judge us on our talks as only few can give us love and support and truly care for us.Some do consider and some don't. Lastly, try to create good memories.

 Who are those people who really care?

What i miss? A series of life?

Life is the biggest challenge whether it's  difficult or easy. We have to accept it as it is. 

Sometimes it just goes on and on without any pause/intervals and we are not even aware of it as it goes on just because we keep on living the moment. We are so entangled with this life and worldly things engrossed in materialistic matters. That's where we are totally lost. 
We don't know what problems and challenges are coming our way, when that smallest problem becomes biggest and miserable and sometimes out of our control  it's us who are left apart from actual sense of life problems.

This problem occurs and we  are not even aware. Some things keep on missing in each and every moment,. Moment is a very minor thing to consider, but to some it counts the most because in every moment someone or some things can be totally yours or can go away/ fade away from your life.
So it is very much important to appreciate ourselves of who we are, what we are and how we deal with our life challenges.Comparing ourselves in this just going world with others for example, how happy they are, how lucky they are, so called fundamental questions, this competition and race is never ending.

From this all psychological factors takes place such as depression, angst, fear, stress, low key the reason for same is too much of thinking about other people and forgetting our own self. When it turns to be more drastically miserable, Slowly we push ourselves getting into booze and pills, We make an image of ourselves as morons compared to others. 
We never think of the real reason behind all this scenario but somewhere in our heart we miss what once we used to be viz carefree, setfree from all boundaries of imaginative life .
We hide all that with the compact of society making it a form of worries and hundreds of questions as what they will think? Whether we are wrong? Am i doing something that others will like?

Let's see what can be done to get changes for this, in next series!!!!

What does education means? Are we educated?

Education is an important part of our life. We always hear people saying or our parents and teachers giving us information about importance of education

Indeed, it's as important as getting a degree, for work purposes or to get a good position in the workplace. After all it's been a race of life. Is this what education means? Or Is it more than learning?.
Yes, education for us has become more of theoretical aspects just to learn and go on with the same process every year. It's not only about gaining a degree or learning and discovering new things. There are more add ons to it. It has a practical approach too. Do we really know this in a real sense that whatever we learn is more practical. We are supposed to use it in life.
When a child goes to school he is not only learning his studies but also various approaches and aspects from it. Teachers not only teach and share educational knowledge but they also teaches us a way of life, how to be more ethical, practical, organized, sporting and helpful for eg. Someone is in need and helpless. We should be willing to help that person in need, keeping our ego aside without any hesitation going forward and doing our best for such people. I feel this is what a full fledged education means.
Sometimes we are so much oriented towards our goals, we want to achieve them and later we do so but the real question is are we a good human being? Or is this degree made us more egoistic, self concerned, ignoring people in need and not involved in other work. 

Theoretical and practical both sides have to be more realistic. Education is an important part one has to do it or get it done but we have to be more selfless, helpful towards betterment of our society and people and a real education can work this magic
School and home both places are ways of teaching pupils to learn and get education like ethics, norms, practicality, values, codes and conduct, being respectful, helpful etc. Making a proper use of education and giving it a real sense makes education more powerful. At the end what you have learned reflects in your behaviour, how you behave and treat others in the right manner. 

One has to choose a career too, but one has to be more subtle and mannerly in life. Share your knowledge with everyone and educate the one who is financially weak. Spread awareness through education
